By purchasing an item, you have read and understand the following shipping options and agree to the policies and terms below.

Secure Online Shopping: We use PayPal services for online ordering.  PayPal provides privacy and security over the Web, with all transactions utilizing SSL secure server connection.

Payment Methods: Our secure online ordering system via PayPal automatically computes the shipping charges and applicable sales tax, if any, for each order. You do not need to have an existing PayPal account in order to use this online ordering system, and you may use a valid bank account or credit card to pay for your purchases.  Please visit PayPal for details.

Sales Tax: Sales tax (8.125%) will be charged on orders shipped to locations within Texas.

Shipping & Freight for safe deposit boxes included in price!!!: Safe deposit boxes sold by Advancetec Safe Deposit Inc. include freight for dock-to-dock delivery in the 48 contiguous United States. We may be able to ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. Please call us toll-free at 888.231.0745 for a quote.

Standard Dock-to-Dock:  For standard dock-to-dock shipments, we will ship your safe deposit boxes to your business by our designated freight company. You will be notified by the freight company 24 hours in advance for time of delivery. You must be able to receive and remove the boxes at truck dock height. Please be prepared to remove the safe deposit boxes yourself.

Lift Gate Service:  Should your delivery location not be of dock height, you may require lift gate service. Please notify us at the time of the order so that arrangements can be made with the freight company. Please be prepared to remove the safe deposit boxes yourself.

Inspect Your Shipment:  Before signing for your product please inspect for hidden damage -- do not sign for damaged freight.   By signing for the freight, you are releasing all rights of reimbursement for freight damage. As purchaser, you are responsible for inspecting the items upon receiving them. If there is freight damage, please reject the item for reasons of damage and it will be returned to us at no cost to you. Please contact us if there is a freight damage rejection so a replacement will be ordered in a timely manner.

Delivery time: Orders will be processed for delivery at the earliest factory schedule available. Our safe deposit boxes are normally shipped within fifteen (15) business days.

Returned Goods:  Incorrect or defective material may be returned and, if justified, full credit will be issued or goods will be replaced. Excess or unused standard materials will be subject to a minimum restocking charge of twenty-five (25%) percent of the net value if received in resalable condition.

Lost Returned Goods:  AdvanceTec assumes no liability for lost returned goods. All claims for lost returned merchandise must be filed with the delivering carrier.
