Guaranty
The company warrants that goods of its
manufacturer shall be free from defects in
material and workmanship for one year from
delivery, provided the goods have been
properly used and installed as per the
company instructions and provided that the
company is properly advised in writing of
the defect. Upon return freight prepaid to
the point of manufacturer within one year
from date of delivery, the company will
repair or replace at its option any part or
parts of said goods which the company
determines to be of defective materials and
workmanship. There are no other warranties
expressed or implied. The company shall not
be liable for special, indirect or
incidental consequential damages. The
company's liability and the Purchasers
exclusive remedies are expressly limited at
the company's option to the repair of
defective goods or the replacement thereof
with conforming goods or at the repayment of
the purchase price.
Returned Goods
Incorrect or defective material may be
returned and if justified, full credit will
be issued or goods will be replaced. Excess
or unused standard materials will be subject
to a minimum restocking charge of
twenty-five (25%) percent of the
net value if received in resalable
condition.
Lost Returned Goods
AdvanceTec assumes no liability for lost
returned goods. All claims for lost returned
merchandise must be filed with the
delivering carrier. |
